So if you are saying that Saddam was a dictator and all of the information his government put out was false then why would you think the historical information from his very own government for that time would be true?

By your own words you discredit yourself!

If you want the factual information on the factual recognized historical exchange rates for the Iraqi dinar then you should go with the IMF information right from the IMF records.

Or are you saying that the IMF is wrong and YOU are right?
