When was that "announcement" pr'd? I don't recall exph explicitly stating that. I'm a fly-by-night investor. To get the divy, I have to do this?

Its such a vague deal. To whom did exph announce it to, TDA? I don't recall being encouraged by the company to convert to physical certs. You know I am behind the company and am a long, but I am admittedly a novice and a lazy long, and a busy one at that, to go thru a bunch of BS. I hope others could provide some clarity on this. I hate calling Eturd and talking to their csr's. Geesh
