My question would be. When the Dinar was devalued back in the first gulf war......Did the Iraqi people lose money ? If they did.....then IMHO, it would only stand to reason that when the Iraqi Dinar re-valuates ....that the Iraqi people would stand to benefit/gain from the revaluation.

Does this make sense ?
