You're not reading it wrong, I hub's system is. There is no after hour trading on these stocks. In I hub's Trades page it shows it as a sell because the print is lower than what the current ask is. In reality it was most likely a buy from earlier in the day when that price was the ask.
Nothing should be taken as being substantive from after hour prints on these stocks. They merely occurred earlier in the day and were printed after the market closed.
