1. What is the actual cost/term to complete the acquisition of 7th Level Entertainment?
2. What short and long term monetary value this acquisition will bring to SDVI?
3. When the audited financial results are to be released for previous Quarters and the 4th Quarter 2009? When to expect SEC filings?
4. What is the current tangible value of SDVI assets (current SDVI +7th level.)? How much of it is cash in the bank, account receivable, and debt?
5. What is the tentative unit volume and or dollar value sales figure for the current games in the market?
6. Can you release a PR stating specifically the names of large retailers such as Wal-Mart, Costco etc. who you have agreement in place to sell the games in their online and country wide retail stores?

8. Could you also ask Ken when he intends to have the finances audited for both companies? This question could be attached to the question of when he intends to up-list to a higher exchange since the finances must be audited in order to do so.

16. Need to know what the full relationship is between TriSynergy and Graffiti/SDVI present day. What do we pay Tri to fill orders from retailers and is this something that benefits SDVI long term or can we do this in-house and save $$?

29. Of the remaining shares available for use, how many of them will be used for additional capital and the 7th Level acquisition?

32.Will they consider getting Graffiti games into Blockbuster Video??? I checked and they are not sold there.
