This company historically has not informed shareholders of actions until after the filing is in place. An educated guess say's Monday it will be public. The date of the filing will precede the shareholder announcement

VERY GOOD AND TRUE POINT, THERE IS NO PROOF OF R/S, ONLY A RUMER, AND A BAD ONE AT THAT.

I did received it from Ameritrade , But will be available on the board very soon I guess!!

Now ,we got almost NO SHARES left available from the CO, Let say if NOBODY sell shares ,Theay will be shorted! (2) Things can Happen, One is A/S wil rise up automaticly and the CO will not received any pennies out of it Unless he sell his own shares,(That I doupt ), second they reverse, and sell at bid or dump price they will force everyone to downtrends the stocks drasticly,on that way they fill the cash registrer and dont realy mind what gonna happen to us because they will have shares available to DUMP! This is why I said ,Look same exact scenario from last year but with more shares!!
