From what I gather, the accountant is working on the 10-k to be filed by the end of the month, give or take a few days. I believe 60 days after the filing, they are able to go to BB if the company chooses at that point.

Hey AK..nice to hear from you it looks like it will take about 30-60 days to get back on the BB overall this company is ready from some prime time and we should see another breakout very soon
