NOL (Net Operating Loss) usualy belongs to the owner of the company and in this situation the share holders..under the new regulation the owner of the company can write off profit of equal amount to the NOL which is aprx. $80mil here from future profit. Under the new rule they have to keep the shareholders intact. PTFC shell value id $80mil due to the NOL here.
I will wellcome any other thoughts on this subject.
