Actually, I'm pretty sure that a CEO of a public company making a statement on Facebook, is putting out information that he can be held to.
That's not to say, I would believe what he says. lol
But, what he says there is every bit as binding as if he had said it in a press release.
That's why gucci should be posting it. Not just making vague allusions to it.
