tops now owns all locations, tops has said they will sell some.

ptfc then remains a clean shell with no debt, no locations

looks like a paper shuffle, and this is what leads us to speculate tops having bought substantially all of the ptfc assets, would naturally have the option to do something with the shell

in a perfect world the hope is they roll everything into the shell change the symbol and run with it to help finance everything
