who, why, or what and did the registered agent just quit this company or did he quit entirely and is no longer a registered agent for anyone?

it didn't say that nor did it give his name... just a file number: 20090732087-48

note also that it was filed in October last year... not this year, and if it was because of the CEO, the agent would have resigned in 2005... imo posting that the registered agent resigned is a moot issue. they can always hire another one.
