And hat has nothing at all to do with CSHD, if fact that rule will be basicly useless, but it sounds nice...Seeing as in all the years these POS pink CEO have been pointing at NSSing for the lack of preformance of there scam POS companies not once has any sort of NSSing ever peen proven and not once has any "hedge fund"Broker,MM or person been charged NSSing is a myth.
