I don't know anything about it, or very little anyhow. This is the IHub CPRK discussion group, right? There is just so much going on............. This stock stuff is so complicated!

Interesting point you make. Does the company have some bad history that new little investors should be worried about? Sure seemed like a good venture to me and companies, just like people, can and do change, sometimes.

I've been here since it's inception and I only have knowledge of one investigation. Only Daryn Fleming was fined, although the entire company was investigated thoroughly and all of them were found not guilty of any wrongdoing.

Fleming resigned from IBCS in 2006, long before IBCS changed to IBCD and subsequently merged with CPRK whose CEO at that time was Dwaine Allred. Fleming was never connected to CPRK in any manner.

For informational purposes regarding the compostion of the bod, Fleming was never a bod member of CPRK and resigned from IBCS in June 2006. The remaining IBC principals resigned from the CPRK bod over two years ago.
