Great points. I agree completely. I hope they don't go private at this time. I simply wanted to reply to Sleep's post that it could not be easily done.
I posted the information about Gander Mountain going private last Oct. and had people on this very forum saying they can't do it.......it's illegal........they will have a people suing them because of this.......the lawyers won't allow it......yada, yada, yada. Well, they cleared all those hurdles quit easily and went private.......CPRK will be no different. Live and learn. When the people with big $$$$$$ want something done......the commoners can not stop it.
These points clearly play to the earlier negative rhetoric from last spring as to the ethics and strategy of the company.
"It would be fairly easy to convince a court right now that the compay itentionally manpulatd the PPS to allow them to steal the company from the shareholders. They have let the pinksheet issue to persist for far too long, along with the DTCC issue. In addition the information that was releasd and news not told to share holders makes the case even stronger."
I can not imagine a take down of the shareholders not ending up in the courts.
