Whatever is easiest for you. Sometimes I am not around on Mondays, so it might work best to just leave it as-is (i.e. continue posting it here per normal). That way if I'm not around and can't get to it for a day or two people can still see the data.

Or you can send it via e-mail (my address at the bottom of any epscontest.com website page). Or both. As you wish.
