Biggest question to me is what would happen if TOPS does decide to go public with this company.

Just checked the last filing, and looks like PTFC was on pace to do about 800MM in revenues for 2009.

If 800MM would only grow TOPS by 17.5%, then TOPS is way bigger than the 1B guess I made earlier.

I do not see any record of purchase, but on the same day that Bay Harbour sold 1,788,000 shares, Foxhill Capital Partners, LLC reported a new Statement of Ownership of 1,200,000 shares of PTFC.
