Very interesting stuff. And now Herzog is suddenly silent... I wonder whether we have heard the last of BGMO.

Fraud investigator?????????????? Fraud investigators don't purchase into chasing debt they go after people that commit fraud. Does he work for the SEC? Do you have info that "fraud" was committed?
It's "Vertoro and Swire"
Not sure if you don't know the spelling or if you tried to misspell those items in your post. $44,000.00 doesn't seem like that much money.........does it? :-) People owe money in disputes all the time. If you have anything that I can look at about this matter I would love to see it. Here is the PR I believe you are referring to: http://www.prlog.org/10131997-vertor-wins-default-judgment-vs-bergamo-acquisition.pdf

What investment board did you find "shire" on or did you really mean "Swire"?

Not interested in going back and forth here just the info/facts please. I'm sure all would be interested. I have a little invested in this play and would love to see the info you have. Thanks

I followed the story and it seems that Bill Fason is a private for-hire bill collector. A Texas sytyed bounty hunter.

From the blog, I see that a judgement from Vertero was sold to him at a discount. Unfortunately, Mr. Swire's question in the Google posting questioned the timing at Vertero as it went out of business some time ago raising the question if the sale from Vertero to Fason was legal.

I also heard that Fason was given and accepted Bergamo stock to settle the debt! Now that is an interesting little nugget.

It is a little reaching to suggest that Mr. Swire or any other party that Bergamo is buying is party to a conspiracy. When I have looked at the GS website, it seems legit to me. Being an east coaster, we tend to give the person the benefit of the doubt.

There is no evidence of fraud-- just disputed debt with a "non-profit" entity who loaned money. This is old news. I'm with GotX-- please explain, or correct your post. Thanks.

The matter between William E. Fason and Bergamo Acquisition Corp. has been resolved. All claims against Bergamo Acquisition Corp. have been settled in full.
