Actually, I believe the last was for 3M not 30M. Comma was in the wrong place. According to what I see he was paid 25.5M shares last year for financial consulting.

Still, looks like he's trying to get his money.

I would think he was selling while the PPS increased. It only takes one large share holder selling to move a PPS down. IMO, Wall Street Investing's selling has done the most to decrease the PPS as they more than likely are selling at whatever price they can get.
