I disagree.. as you point out Dom is a mobile device and not anchored to the ground which could pose other engineering issues not previously encountered.I mean the FDA primary concern is safety. I'm sure the concerns are 1. Don't over radiate (I think we are OK here)
2. Don't have chunks of machine fall off or excessively vibrate the patient.(?)
3. Don't display distorted imagery(?)

pruss.. FYI.. i think we've done a lot DD... When I find gaps I ask questions.. isn;t that what these boards for... we want wise informed investments, unless of course we're just flipping vs investing in a company you believe or think wil do something good and make you ssome cash... in that just do everything NITE does and walk with plenty cash...
