That was a very weak attempt to negate what I wrote.
You are joking, and you don't really believe that, do you?

If we were dealing with a company with a history of good decision making, good business relations, and honest financing, then
the ability to absorb a reverse split would be easier.

When is the last time a reverse split EVER benefitted a shareholder? 99 times out of 100 it doesn't. It's an attempt to disguise an ugly duckling.

Let's stop spewing out anger. Take it out on the company. There's absolutely no error in the math, son. It was laid out plain & simple for everyone to grasp. And you don't understand?

Your post sounds like something the neomedia ceo & board would say. You know better than that.

That's not the whole story Phoenix. Right now YA can't convert & sell because the stock is trading below par. After the RS the stock price will be (assuming current levels) trading at 63,000% above par. Which means that every time Neomedia needs money from YA they will have this much leeway to dilute and sell.

Our only saving grace is that Neomedia starts generating sufficient revenue to sustain operations. Then we'll only have the current debt owed to YA to worry about.

neomfriend - ouch
I have only been a shareholder with Neo for 2 day. It may not have been a long time, but I have looked at this company for several months. I only own a mire 50,000 shares. I may buy another 400,000 shares if I see a positive reaction. The philosophy buy low sell high doesn't always justify my reason. I do see a light at the end. To get there we have to stop speaking as though we are going to revolt. Thats why poison pills were made to stop shareholders from owning a controlling stake. I need to ask you neofriend (I love the name, very catchy) 1. Does Neo have a poison pill? 2. Should that be in acted if a company owns more that a certain percentage. If so then you may have a case on blocking this issuance of shares do to the in acted poison pill the company may have.

Phoenix69 - double ouch
"The great math challanged American public. People here seem to have, amazingly, no idea what a reverse split actually means. It changes nothing, but the respectability of the stock. Maybe a temporary downdraft, but what have we had here for years?? Up and down. Let's get the investors who made it past highschool remedial math into this stock. "

I don't know if that comment is in reference to me or not nor will I loose too much sleep over it. Your anger is well understood as well as the frustration with Neo. You need to voice your opinion with them and not a forum. If I was the CEO and read half of this I would probably want to rid myself of troublesome shareholders through a buyback or filing bankruptcy. NOW, don't get me wrong I did not accuse you of being troublesome it is the outburst that has been going on. Do you think anyone interested in our shares would buy them after hearing all these comments. For the price to go up, the reputation needs to change, so must every person that has done this to you (The Shareholder). Now a real good CEO would not do what I said. He would listen to the shareholders and represent their best interest not his. The world we live in.

Phoenix,
Respectability is not gained by conducting a R/S. Actually in most cases it is just the opposite.
Respect is earned by honest and forthright communication with shareholders that have poured money into this secruity and taken the risk of providing NEOM with funding/monies.

Respect is not earned by openly manipulating the security and changing rules/sharholders rights without a vote, by ensuring shareholders are stuck due to price and timing of releases.

REVENUES are the only thing that will change the respectability of this stock. Show me one thing in this bullshit reverse split that will speed up revenues, or reduction of par that will speed up revenues, or leaving AS at 5 billion that will speed up revenues. In my opinion these 3 things to be voted on if passed diminishes the respectability of this stock, maybe beyond repair. LOS

You really ought to do some more in-depth research on OTC stocks that do reverse splits. The OVERWHELMING MAJORITY of them crash hard after the split. So a dose of skepticism--particularly given YA's history--is more than warranted here. If you can't see that, then I can't help but think you have some sort of untrustworthy agenda.
