Flippers are NEVER out as long as a stock is trading. Case in point, it just "ran" from about .0173 to .0191 and sells starting pouring in to knock out the momo. People don't know how to sell at the ask of a rising stock to take out the most profit for them and to let it run for others. Be nice if this would finish over .02 today. We'll see if the flippers can actually not kill the momo for a change!
