Exactly what I was thinking. No mention of partners etc. I am still long and have no intention of selling before the next PR. But, it is really difficult not to be concerned. The most exciting thing about the 1-22-10 PR was that he indicated that we would get another PR within days. Now that that one nugget has turned out to not be true, I feel that the PR had nothing significant at all. It's lack of specificity makes it worse than if no PR had come out at all. Someone needs to get in touch with JD and find out if the partnerships he referred to in his previous PR and telephone conversations are still viable. I am talking about getting a comment from him on those specific parties that he referred to in those past PR's and telephone calls. He referred to them previously so there is no reason that he cannot at least say whether things are progressing with those specific parties or not. A lot of people have held onto shares and even bought shares based on these previous statements, so he has a fiduciary duty to keep us informed. If he cannot comment due to an NDA, then he needs to tell us that. I do not doubt his integrity, but he has to do more to keep us informed. He has a DUTY to do so.
