If he is so smart why wasn't he able to convince anyone to put up serious money to get his company going, rather than go through all the trouble buying shell company, changing names, having pipe offering, having to explain to investors why his stock in on the OTCBB, trying to uplist, etc. And if he is so smart, why did he have to raise any money, he should have hundreds of millions of dollars with his 170 IQ. If he doesn't then I would question how smart he really is being as old as he with a 170 IQ and having a desire to be rich. Should have already made hundreds of millions. With a credible business plan it should have been easy to find funding...another red flag.....jj the man
