Blue...This stock should be $4 or more a share with an 800k float. Why isn't the company promoting this more. A higher PPS makes for a stronger balance sheet and opens so many doors. This probably sounds a little strange, but I would be concerned with a possible takeover from this low PPS if I was the CEO. Someone could buy a large enough chunk of this company to have some control for a few hundred thousand dollars. I see no upside for the company to leave their PPS so low! JMO
