VaxGen shareholders nix merger with OXGN:

Not sure why OXGN was up today. It seems clear to me that it will now need to raise cash (the merger prospectus said cash would run out in Q2 if no merger) before it has enough data from either of its 2 ongoing controlled trials for a partnership deal (assuming favorable data). Also seems safe to predict I will see lots of snow in DC this weekend and lots of dilution in 2 of my bio holdings (EMIS being the other) in the next couple of months.
