No matter how you slice it, DNDN disseminated a dollar-denominated capacity figure, which is tantamount to giving out pricing data before the drug is approved. This is not a hanging offense, but neither is it a smart thing to do, IMO. On this narrow point, I agree with the Seeking Alpha blogger.
