I've held this stock for a long time.

Just wait till the company puts out either a pr concerning the land or puts the company financials in pink sheets.

The land is key because Ft. Wayne citizens waiting for final confirmation will buy in with two hands.

The management here are very visible community leaders with established business in Ft. Wayne.
