No further column for Distributor #1, to begin with.

For #2, A column (inventory + backorder) would be more telling then either of these colums alone for volume.

But this would still be a static view. Dynamic view (timeline) could be added by the percentage-change of the column above. (Which now requires to look at two tables of consecutive weeks)

Hope this is more clear.
