This buy today was in the works 4 months ago and GRBG did not have the means to make a complete buyout. In the last 4 months GRBG has been selling shares like a banshee and finally came up with enough money to complete the deal. mallad hellped out the Share Price for obvious reasons and yes he never had intentions of taking wow Public so here we are are. GRBG a bigger and bettor company?
