Turtle, you are right on one point and wrong on another. You have not followed this stock long enough. Without news, this stock goes down, not up.
As for the public offering, you are correct that most of those shares will be resold because most of those buying in the offering were probably looking for a quick buck.
90,459,600 shares of common stock is a lot of stock to change hands. If any of these new buyers have the ability to short the stock, you could see shorting if the price gets above the strike price of the warrants.
