yeah, lets just hope that all these pr's have been the truth.

correct me if im wrong here, but the moment we KNOW - - i mean the ACTUAL MOMENT that we TRULY know that the companies have merged will be that 8k right?

because until that point, its not official in the eyes of the SEC or pinksheets.com or the shareholders for that matter.

this is why im crapping myself. im just hoping that (bear in mind im new to the penny stock game) this isn't just one giant scam put on by god knows who.

i dont need a lecture on being careful and researching for myself, because i've taught MYSELF these lessons plenty of times (with larger companies).

and even then, in the penny stocking world, research and "DD" can only get you so far, because of FLUFF PR. nothing is ever said and done without the PROPER DOCUMENTATION. i just hope to GOD that this 8k goes through, and we see a jump up to .01. holding my breath.
