How many shares are now outstanding? 90 million? Do you know the net profit margin of companies such as Clear Skies? How many millions have already CCS revenues to allow the share-price to rise?
My calculations:
For every million dollars in sales, the share price rises approximately 0.01 U.S. dollars (100 million in shares).
