Opportunity, my comments to your post:

Gold cannot deny we have the 2 most powerful diagnostic giants and the best 2 licensees anyone could think of. Just associating our product with their name adds a massive amount of credibility.

If Abbott had taken RECAF into trials as anticipated by Moro, yes there would be some credibility but now it is public knowledge they are doing absolutely NOTHING. IMO, that is very negative and worse than not having signed Abbott in the first place.

IMO, Dr Moro finally is in the driver's seat being freshly funded, and can successfully launch the first wave of diagnostic tests to become available to the market.

Moro has not even been able to attract ANY labs such as Quest or Lab Corps. If they are not interested, something is not correct with the high praise Moro gives to RECAF.

If I were Dr Moro, I would launch doggy recaf and simultaneously apply to the FDA for a 510(k) using the Haah as the predicate. Within 6 months and a few bucks and we are good to go. IMO, this is exactly what Dr Moro is going to be working on.

Moro can launch Dog RECAF anytime he desires. IMO, the sooner the better if it going to make any money at all.

As for the FDA submission, you need to do your homework. Even with a 510k, you have to complete clinical trials to prove it is equal to the predicate. BTW, the haah marker tests are being sold home brew. They are not FDA approved yet. The universal cancer maker that is approved to monitor colon cancer is DR70/Onko Sure.

Dr Burger is firing up the plant to have the POC test ready to go. No time will be wasted.

There are real problems with the POC device. The S1 clearly states that a more accurate lab test would need to be performed to confirm any positive test. Who is going to run this lab test? Moro? There is no predicate for the POC test. A 510k will likely not be an available option.

The one thing that always sets me off is when he throws money away on penny stock news letters. There is no need for that.

Moro obviously feels otherwise. Want to bet there will be some penny stock newsletter pumping the stock for the warrant conversion?

IMO, Inverness is the one to watch. If they publicly acknowledge this company and speak openly about recaf, IMO this stock will hit all time new highs.

This is the one correct statement you made but they did not mention any cancer markers as any significant project for 2010. They have never even acknowledged the licensing of RECAF. If they return RECAF or are allowed to not pay any royalties like Abbott, it will be very bad news.
