If I had to guess, wouldnt it make sense to release a PR when ST and TDA allow buys again for HESG? Maybe he is holding off until they lift the restrictions.
All we know for certain is that Tom and associates have our money! Could it be, some gang drug lords don't want Gaffney in their territory and promised him a thc-laced projectile if he didn't leave?
