SPNG is

far from a "strong buy"

no "strong buy" is waiting for SEC charges of securities violations by all the executives while unable to file audited financials due to what appears to be seriously cooked books. and not to mention those bounced checks and missing signage in Miami for the Superbowl.

Strong Buys are not in court fighting hot check charges and strong buys are not sent wells notices from the SEC for stock fraud. SPNG is more like a "STRONG AVOID--do not touch with a 10 foot pole" kind of stock.
