I keep reading posts claiming that Paradigm has made no new products coming out, and no pending FDA approval. That all rumors were started and supported on this board. That is a lie. The "rumors" started in a press release last June. Here's a link;

ubmbfa, that's ok. US companies negotiate licensing deals with foreign companies all the time. In PDMI's case, maybe they agreed with COS of Italy to have permission to obtain FDA approval here in the states for their products.
