Not strange. Strategic. MM's are issuing a stack of IOU's at 26 between yesterday and today and they'll need to provide actual shares at some point. I'd rather them pay above .0026 and cover than see them able to buy in at 22 or 24 and cover while making a few points off each share. Get it? This is the games they can play in pinkieland.

We'll see a lot less of this when we're upgraded to the OTCBB.
