I find it unusual that that no company appears to make the verbatim contents of the notice itself public.

It usually has evidence of the wrongdoing, so I expect nobody wants to put that in a PR LOL

IMO they know they can't keep the NOTICE a secret, but can PICK and choose what they tell the public about who/what is in it
