My understanding is that they needed more hardware per the PR to handle the speed needed for the L2 and Pink feeds (not a techie by any means). They then announced in the RT Launch PR that the hardware was received and installed and that they were going to begin testing. That was last Monday (hardware could have been installed anywhere from 1/20-1/25 as it was announced on 1-/20 PR and said to have arrived by 1/25 PR) so we are just over a week into what should be their testing period.
