Right, but without that $1.00 a gallon credit for biofuel it makes the sale less attractive for a large consumer base. Like I said combine the source of CO2 with an algae farm and you can apply for carbon credits which would offset the cost of the biomass making it cheaper. When and if they fund the program again which will probably be when demand comes back for oil, then you get the added bonus of the biofuel credit on top. This makes the fuel even more attractive and creates a demand for the product instead of being competitive with regular diesel, it would actually be far cheaper.
