(OTCBB: PTOS) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has submitted a Detailed Project Report to India government officials. The report was a requirement of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Company and the Punjab government. The report includes a feasibility study on the proposed project.

A third party EPC engineering feasibility analysis combined with internal engineering verification, confirmed feasibility of the proposed 25 MW solar project for India.
