Recent issue of PIPES reported "NIR sues AVVAA to enforce conversion." The Palmetto/Mizel suit was still alive last time I looked. Looks like NIR/AJW won in court aginst CYBL but the terms
of settlement are still an unknown. That's all that I have seen.
