Yeah, can't remember where I read it but I knew they were moving to smaller facilities to reduce cost.

I truly do beleive there are no FDA approvals in the near future. They've changed the share structure as a survival tactic.

I was once hired by a company to secure their assets, negotiate & barter oustanding receivables, and prepare the company for either sale or bankruptsy. I was lucky and able to find a buyer before time ran out.

This has all the same elements.

This board has a couple (perhaps to overly dedicated) cheerleaders and might be good for one more pump & dump. Unfortunately the cheerleaders have nothing but hype & hope to give to any potential buyers. Management will not be steping up to the plate anytime soon unless they are forced to by SEC regulations. (I don't suspect news to be anything good) So perhaps no news is better news. At least shareholders can maintain the hype & hope!

Unfortunately these kind of cheerleaders are dangerous because they will leave bagholders in their wake, even with good intentions. There are far to many other better places for folks to risk their money where bagholders are not a necessity IMO.

Yeah, can't remember where I read it but I knew they were moving to smaller facilities to reduce cost.

I truly do believe there are FDA approvals in the near future. "The shareholders approval will allow Paradigm to move ahead with its plans to secure additional funding to allow it to take full advantage of its new growth opportunities.” as stated on their web site.

This board has a couple (perhaps to overly dedicated) bashers who spend their time posting negative comments designed to strike fear into the hearts of investors. Unfortunately the bashers have nothing but lies & fearful hyperbole to give to any potential buyers. Management will be steping up to the plate soon because they are finished with the move and can concentrate on building the business. (I suspect great news anytime soon) So perhaps no news is better news. At least shareholders can maintain hope until approval of the Paravue!

Unfortunately these kind of bashers are dangerous because the insideous fear they plant causes investors to sell out of fear of losing their money. Selling is the only time they actually lose because when the pps rises it affords them an opportunity to exit their position with their principle intact and if they hold a little longer perhaps they can stage out and make a few sheckles...Bashers leave investors with losses in their wake, and allows the bashers to buy at low prices. There are far too many angry investors who sold their shares because of bashers. Folks risk their money in hopes of making a small profit... bashers are not a necessity IMO.

I guess it's all in the way your look at things from a fresh perspective.....
