Don't know the details of the deal yet so we can only guess how many additional shares were issued for the library. Not much volume has traded since the RS in 4/2008. I'm pretty sure this is going to be an RM with Offenbach's co. MSO entertainment:

I agree. This acquisition is worth much more than $300,000. We're talking about 20,000 of the greatest pop, jazz and classical tracks of all time! This thing is worth millions! Let the bulls absorb the news and we're off for a great ride IMO. GLTA
