Absolutely Shareholders will make out well. It won't happen overnight, but it will happen. LLEG will own 37.5% of the Berlin plant. The Berlin plant is expected to generate somewhere between 50-80 Million dollars per year (Rough calculations based on PSNH buying power for 1/2 what they sell it for, RECs, etc.) MA plants coming online this year, financial reporting, etc.
