I agree and those are important questions. Their distribution facility in FL is very new, and I'm not sure if the transaction was completed post the last 10q...I'm waiting to verify a few things with the company before I do much with numbers. Numbers seem very low according to their most recent 10-q so tomorrow hopefully we can get some more information and use that calculator.
I'm not sure of the exact O/S, but I doubt it is more than 112 million...after looking at the chart and speaking with another who has had their eye on this one for some time, I believe there was some dilution prior to 2009. They have added some since then but it appears minimal. On Friday we really took off out of the gate until a few profit takers stepped in. We dropped on tiny volume to this level.
We've traded in this channel for awhile now with little word from the company until this PR and one back in November. I wouldn't be surprised to see a few more similar types on the way.
I just took over on Friday but I'll do what I can :) An assistant would be quite helpful...up for the job??
