....an agreement for joint exploration and refining projects with Angola, seen as a precursor to a broader future deal.

I would not be at all surprised to see an Indian presence in the STP/EEZ. Let us not forget that Indian oil companies bring very extensive deepwater exploration experience.....something Sonangol lacks (as well as Chinese firms also).
