Also add to the fact : "Finalizes Agreement With" Till we see the actual filings on pinksheets about the merger, there will be at least some specualtion.
Also we need more info about the share structure, post merger . Hopefully there will be no R/S and not too much dilution...... IMO that will be one of the things that will clear the air and rake in more investors.
