Well, I am in touch with a group of really serious investors, friends of mine, and discuss investments in smallcaps with them. They even do not believe that Greensafe is a serious company.....Well, that is their opinion based on the fact that Greensafe has been doing nothing yet and is only in the focus of us because of the promise of Herzog to invest 50mm into Greensafe.
However, I am careful to agree with my friends. But their arguments are not stupid in many points. But, beside the possibility that Herzog might not invest in Greensafe (everything is possible at microcaps, be aware of this) if he might not get all those big amounts together which he needs.... Greensafe is a separat compnay and not a subsidary of BGMO !. Some here argue like Greensafe is part of BGMO. That is simply wrong: An investment in a company does not automaticly confirm ownership!....especially not if thise investment has the character of an LOI and has not(!) been done yet!
