no I didn't, but you made the statement .. at this point no one has any ideal what will happen .. just based on past due findings and the actions of the SEC in regards to wells notices .. and so many bad things involving spongy

stiffing the Mets
stiffing MSG
writing Bad checks
missing big customers
gagging the TA
suspicion of RME involvement
